Canyon Estates is a condo homeowners association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to 30% of our units to be rental authorized, and managed by the owner of those units. Buyers & Agents please be advised that we are at our limit and have a long waiting list of owners wishing to gain rental status. Something to consider when purchasing a unit.

We suggest homeowners call the recommended CECA contractors listed below because they are most familiar with our buildings. If the problem found is later determined to be an association responsibility, you can submit a request for reimbursement to the board. Rental unit tenants should ALWAYS contact the unit's owner or managing agent first.
