The monthly board meeting for May is currently scheduled for Tuesday the 27th, to be held in the office at 7pm.

Building #3 (15142) is scheduled for re-piping beginning Monday May 12th. Residents in this building are in the process of being notified with specific scheduling dates starting with ground floor units in the west end.

Canyon Estates is a Homeowner's association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to a maximum cap of 30% of our units to be rental authorized and they are then managed directly by the owner of those units. Buyers and agents be aware that the limit is met and we have a long waiting list of owners seeking rental authorization.
