Happy New Year. The next couple of community open board meetings are scheduled for Tuesday January 13th, and Tuesday January 27th 2026, both @ 7pm in the on-site HOA office.

PLUMBING PROJECT: Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are completed. Building #7 (15148) will be resuming on January 5th. Following building #7 will be #8, #9 and #10. Hopefully, this project can be completed by early summer 2026.

ELECTRICAL PROJECT: The building #6 main electrical room was just updated on Tuesday 12/16/25. We now have buildings 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 10 all upgraded. We will be finishing this project up with buildings #7, #8 and #1 (not necessarily in that order) in early 2026. Building #2 already has newer electrical equipment installed.

Canyon Estates is a Homeowner's association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to a maximum cap of 30% of our units to be rental authorized and they are then managed directly by the owner of those units. Buyers and agents be aware that the limit is met and we have a long waiting list of owners seeking rental authorization.

We suggest homeowners call the recommended CECA contractors listed below because they are most familiar with our buildings. If the problem found is later determined to be an association responsibility, you can submit a request for reimbursement to the board. Rental unit tenants should ALWAYS contact the unit's owner or managing agent first.
