The October monthly meeting is scheduled for Tuesday the 22nd @ 7pm in the office.
Canyon Estates is a condominium homeowners association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to 30% of our units to be rental authorized and managed through the owner of those units. The community office does not rent units. Buyers & Agents please be aware that we have a lengthy waiting list of unit owners wanting to gain rental status. This privilege to rent a unit is not transferred or carried over with the sale of any unit to a new owner.
Re-pipe project:
Currently under way in building #1. There are a total of four companies involved including a Project Manager (West Coast Renovations & Contracting), the plumber (Pinky's), the demolition team (A&R Construction) and the repair team (Ibanez Painting).

Crime/Safety or Health Emergency?
We suggest homeowners call the recommended CECA contractors listed below because they are most familiar with our buildings. If the problem found is later determined to be an association responsibility, you can submit a request for reimbursement to the board. Rental unit tenants should ALWAYS contact the unit's owner or managing agent first.
