The monthly board meeting for June is currently scheduled for Tuesday the 24th, to be held in the office at 7pm.

Building #3 (15142) re-piping is currently in progress. The first third of the building (west end) is nearing the final stages of repairs. The middle part of the building is in progress as of June 9th. The east end units are scheduled to begin on Monday June 23rd. Start dates for building 4 (15144) and beyond have not been determined yet.

Canyon Estates is a Homeowner's association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to a maximum cap of 30% of our units to be rental authorized and they are then managed directly by the owner of those units. Buyers and agents be aware that the limit is met and we have a long waiting list of owners seeking rental authorization.
