Homeowners Association

The next community board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday November 25th @ 7pm in the on-site HOA office. The office will be closed on Thursday & Friday November 27th & 28th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

PLUMBING PROJECT: Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are completed. Building #6 (15148) started on November 3rd and should be completed by early December. Building #7 work will begin on December 1st in the south end of the building. There will be a break in work over the holidays from about December 19th and resuming on January 5th.

ELECTRICAL PROJECT: Another building (#5) will have its main electrical room updated starting about 8am on 12/3, followed by building #6 on 12/16. This involves planned power outages for the entire complex until some time in the afternoon. Building #5 or #6 will have power down longer, potentially beyond 8pm to complete the work.

Canyon Estates is a Homeowner's association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to a maximum cap of 30% of our units to be rental authorized and they are then managed directly by the owner of those units. Buyers and agents be aware that the limit is met and we have a long waiting list of owners seeking rental authorization.

We suggest homeowners call the recommended CECA contractors listed below because they are most familiar with our buildings. If the problem found is later determined to be an association responsibility, you can submit a request for reimbursement to the board. Rental unit tenants should ALWAYS contact the unit's owner or managing agent first.
