The next scheduled meeting date is Tuesday, May 26th, at 7 pm. Pre-Scheduled meetings are always subject to cancellation if the board decides it is not necessary to meet. All meetings are held in the office/cabana located at 15136 65th Ave S in Tukwila, WA. Owners are always welcome to attend.

PLUMBING PROJECT: Building #10 work is progressing along, and the project should be completed by the end of May. There is also some exterior supply connection work going on around the exteriors of buildings 1 and 2. There will also be some necessary electrical main panel grounding work done on the outside of a few buildings.

Canyon Estates is a Homeowner's association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to a maximum cap of 30% of our units to be rental authorized and they are then managed directly by the owner of those units. Buyers and agents be aware that the limit is met and we have a long waiting list of owners seeking rental authorization.

Residents, please be aware that feeding squirrels, birds, raccoons, or other wildlife across the community greatly contributes to rodent and other pest control problems. Please refrain from throwing bread, seeds, peanuts, or other edibles out that attract nuisance critters and can cause building damage and potential health concerns.

We suggest homeowners call the recommended CECA contractors listed below because they are most familiar with our buildings. If the problem found is later determined to be an association responsibility, you can submit a request for reimbursement to the board. Rental unit tenants should ALWAYS contact the unit's owner or managing agent first.
