Meeting cancellation: There will be no meeting on Tuesday, April 28th. The next scheduled date is Tuesday, May 12th, at 7 pm. All owners are welcome to attend. Pre-Scheduled meetings are always subject to cancellation if the board has no reason to meet. All meetings are held in the office/cabana located at 15136 65th Ave S in Tukwila, WA.

PLUMBING PROJECT: Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are completed. Building #9 work is mostly completed inside the units, with only the common area hallway drywall repair remaining. Bldg #10 started Monday, April 20th, in the west end and will progress to the central part of the building on May 4th, then the east end on May 11th.

Canyon Estates is a Homeowner's association, not a rental apartment complex. We allow up to a maximum cap of 30% of our units to be rental authorized and they are then managed directly by the owner of those units. Buyers and agents be aware that the limit is met and we have a long waiting list of owners seeking rental authorization.

We suggest homeowners call the recommended CECA contractors listed below because they are most familiar with our buildings. If the problem found is later determined to be an association responsibility, you can submit a request for reimbursement to the board. Rental unit tenants should ALWAYS contact the unit's owner or managing agent first.
