Monthly general board meetings are typically held on the 4th Tuesday each month with the exception of December.

There is no meeting scheduled on the 24th due to the holiday season. The next meeting will be on January 28th. Happy Holidays and we will look forward to seeing you in 2025.

Re-pipe work is scheduled to begin in building #2 on January 2nd, 2025. Initial work will involve marking off drywall cutouts and proceeding with demolition and abatement work. We expect this building to take 2 to 3 months to complete.
